Introducing brand Drake
A few words about Drake
The Italian brand name and company Drake has come under the company Northwave from 1997. However, the new owners found important to let Drake present as an independent brand name, only with the marketing and draftsman personnel of Northwave. It stayed like that and Drake became world respected “rider” brand name.
The Drake company produces very quality boards with whole-wooden core of classic "camber" constructions. Drake binding has a unique matched design. It is characterized by a perfect use of the most lightweight materials as aluminum used in ratchet spanners, Hi-Backs and baseplate.
Drake has always been successful in signing contracts with the most quality riders on the world not only in order to make itself visible but mainly because of cooperation in development, design and testing. Drake does not fall behind and it is always flexible active in perception and use of innovations of the snowboard world, owing to that it rightly belongs to world-respected brand names.
