Each binding is equipped with a special insert made in Mervin Manufacturing in the USA. The inserts are made using the same technology as Lib Tech/Gnu plates and, like them, consist of several layers. The inserts, attached to the binding plate, are located along the entire length and width of the binding under the boot.
