- The IN-MOLD® system is a technological process in which EPS polystyrene foam is pressure-injected into the shell and reinforcements enclosed in the mold. Their combination reinforces the area of the ventilation openings and ribs. The result is a compact, uniform, lightweight, safe, and highly durable helmet.
