* MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) technology: in the event of an angled impact, the EPS shell of the helmet will roll a few millimeters over the MIPS layer, protecting the head and brain from a violent rotational jerk.
Although this movement is only on the order of a few millimetres, the result is that the MIPS significantly reduces the amount of rotational force that might otherwise be transmitted to the brain
