GNU Play Date Package Grom Girls' Snowboard Set—a complete snowboard set designed for kids who want to learn to snowboard and gradually gain confidence on the slopes. The set includes a snowboard and matching kids’ bindings, which are designed to be easy to adjust and provide a comfortable fit for the boot. A softer flex, a flat profile with 3D-raised tips, and an easy-to-handle design help kids master their first turns and gain control of the board. The snowboard is primarily suited for beginners and recreational riding on the slopes, but thanks to its twin shape, it also allows for more playful freestyle riding.
- Profile: Flat-to-3D Early Rise
- Flex – 4/10 (soft, easy to handle)
- Terrain: All-Mountain, Freestyle
- Kids’ snowboard set including a snowboard and bindings
- Twin shape:
- Rider level: beginner (especially children trying snowboarding for the first time)
- Flat-to-3D Early Rise: a flat profile in the center of the snowboard transitions at the tip and tail into a three-dimensional, slightly raised shape. This design makes the board easier to control, helps prevent unwanted edge catches, and promotes smooth turn initiation. It is therefore particularly suitable for children who are just starting out on a snowboard
- Twin shape: The symmetrical Twin shape features a similarly shaped tip and tail. As a result, the snowboard handles evenly when riding in both directions and is suitable for learning the basics of snowboarding as well as for first freestyle attempts
- Magne-Traction®: Specially corrugated steel edges create seven contact points with the snow. This technology improves edge grip and helps children maintain control of the snowboard even on harder or icy surfaces
- G POP wood core: The core made of 100% poplar wood offers low weight, flexibility, and the necessary strength. It contributes to a natural pop and a smooth riding experience
- Reinforcement: biaxial fiberglass
- High-end extruded base
- Sidewalls: ABS
- Construction: sandwich construction designed for durability and reliable riding performance
- The set includes children’s bindings with soft EVA padding on the heel cup, an adjustable highback, and an adjustable heel cup. Comfortable straps help keep the boot in place, and easy adjustment makes it simple to tailor the bindings to a child’s needs. The manufacturer lists the binding size as Small, corresponding to approximately US sizes 2–7
